Fees
Initial Phone Consultation (15 minutes): Free
Individual Sessions (50 minutes): $200
Individual Sessions (90 minutes): $250
Relationship Counseling (50 minutes): $200
Relationship Counseling (90 minutes): $295
(I believe sex and relationship therapy should be accessible to everyone. I offer a limited number limited sliding scale sessions in cases of financial hardship)
Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
Insurance
Before starting therapy, it is recommended to check with your insurance provider to verify if you have out-of-network coverage. You may also be able to use a health savings, flex spending, or similar account to cover treatment costs.
Heather Han, LLC is not an in-network provider for any insurance companies. However, if you are seeking out-of-network reimbursement, a "superbill" can be provided upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company based on your policy.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance by phone (please leave a message if I do not answer) or email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a full session fee charge.
