    Availability: I see clients on Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays, and Sundays for regular appointments.  
    As a client, you will have a standing weekly/bi-weekly appointment with me for as long as you wish to have it.  Canceling an appointment is no problem, just give me 48 hours notice so I can plan accordingly.  Having a standing appointment is the way I can ensure that you get on my schedule and receive a consistent therapeutic care. Additionally, meeting weekly allows us to gain traction and build momentum toward your goals more efficiently than meeting intermittently. My goal is to empower you to create the changes you desire as quickly as possible. 
      
    HIPPA compliant Telehealth sessions are also available upon request from your phone or computer through Simple Practice
