Heather has been working as a Licensed therapist, healer and teacher for over 20 years. She is passionate about forming deep connections and working together to live in a more authentic, joyful, and fulfilling way.

My Story:
After earning my degrees in counseling, I began my career in a hospital’s integrative health wing, where I gained experience working collaboratively within a holistic care model. I went on to provide substance abuse counseling, anxiety and depression treatment, relationship counseling, and later opened my own private practice. Over time, my work expanded into founding and directing a holistic healing school, where I trained others in integrative therapeutic approaches.
After relocating from Hawai‘i to Arizona, I opened a mind–body therapy practice and now focus on Holistic Counseling and Integrative Sex and Relationship Therapy for individuals and couples. I currently practice at the Scottsdale Center for Sex and Relationship Therapy under the supervision of Isa Jones, LMFT, CST
